Practices
Cross Country
Monday, Wednesdays at 5pm beginning August 25 at Bob Acton Park
Saturdays at 10am at Birchmount Park (east end)
It is very important that athletes get in their own distance runs at least 2 other days of the week. Practices are usually speed based, but endurance is equally important. Runs don't have to be fast and if able should be in a social group.
