Practices






 

Outdoor Track(beginning April 8)
Training is geared toward prep for school meets.
not club races. Only HS runners will continue beyond 
the end of the school season.

Mondays at Birchmount  4:45pm
Wednesdays  East York CI at 5pm
Saturday  10am East York CI

It is very important that athletes get in their own distance runs at least 2 other days of the week. Practices are usually speed based, but endurance is equally important. Runs don't have to be fast and if able should be in a social group.
